Sarah's Facebook

Sarah has murdered Billy her lover and fiance in the kitchen of their home with a knife from a set that Billy's mother had given them. By looking on Sarah's Facebook page we can research the information that she has posted to see if there is any intent of her murdering Billy. If Sarah was planning to murder Billy, or if she had been dealing with issues involving him, then she might have put information about it on her Facebook. If Sarah was guilty with first degree murder than she would have put on Facebook that she planned to kill him. If it was second degree murder it would say that there has been problems in the relationship which could lead up to the impulsive killing of Billy. By looking on Sarah’s page, I hope to find that she is guilty of only second degree murder. I would like to see that Sarah has not posted anything about Billy in regards to hurting him, and that his murder was only done in the heat of the moment.

Re: Sarah’s Facebook findings

Enclosed is the information that was obtained from Sarah’s Facebook page, which was requested after her arrest on September 4, 2012. If there is any other information you would like me to look over again, please let me know.

Sarah’s Facebook included status updates dated from October 2011 till the day before the death her fiance Billy. In these status updates she described times when she had problems with Billy, and had stated numerous occasions when she was really hurt by him. A few of these updates said that he would get drunk and yell at her often. She seemed to be very depressed and sounded like she was sick of how he was treating her. Sarah did violate personal ethics by letting everyone on her Facebook know how her and Billy’s relationship really was. But Sarah did mention how she loved him very much and wishes he would change. There were also many happy pictures of her and Billy on her Facebook, including the default photo.

I hope that this enclosed information will be read by you, and whoever else is on this case who needs to find out this information.

I understand further investigation is needed but I hope that this research has been helpful to your case. If there is anything else I can be reached at extension 5555.

TFR vs. Palsgraf

As a respectable member of the Trans Florida Railroad council I believe that my team and I will provide information to prove that what happened to Mrs. Palsgraf was an accidental situation and we will not be giving her the amount for which she has asked. Each attorney on this council will work together by means of forming, storming, norming, and performing to make a team to defend our case. One of the attorneys in our team will work to define the mission, and organize the proper procedures and steps to get this situation started. A second member will be in charge of keeping the team in order and resolve any disagreements that may come about. Another partner will be making sure every member is up to date on their responsibilities and keep the focus of the mission going. And myself, will be in charge of delegating the agenda of each person and sharing the vision of the goal we wish to accomplish. We are being asked to develop a defense against Mrs. Parlsgraf who is suing our client for 20 million dollars. The TFR worker was carrying a product that is part of an outside company and therefore TFR should not be responsible for the faulty product. The package was dropped by accident and it was not the responsibility of TFR that caused the fireworks to go off. We understand that Mrs. Palsgraf was injured but it is not our clients responsibility to pay for her losses. We will write this report with the intent of Mrs. Palsgraf's lawyers, Hookem and Crookem L.L.C. receiving it. The company that manufactured the fireworks should be held responsible for the damage that has been done, not our client. The outcome we are looking for from this claim is to drop the charges against our client TFR, and they will not be paying out any moneys to Mrs. Palsgraf. We intend to get our message across and we will be taking any and all measures that we feel is necessary to defend our client.

Now That I'm Grown Up...

When it came to a profession, it took a while for me to finally figure out what career I wanted to go into. I was a hair stylist and tried the cosmetology thing for a few years, but found that it just wasn't enough for me. I wanted to do something more rewarding, something that gives me the opportunity to really make a positive impact, and difference in peoples lives. Learning about hair and skin in cosmetology school made me realize just how much I love science, and how the human anatomy really interests me. So I decided to go to college and I set my goals on becoming a Registered Nurse. My plan is to become a travel nurse after completing the adequate amount of training required, which is about two years.
To become a Registered Nurse the educational requirements are to obtain an Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university. But I've decided to go the extra mile and achieve my Bachelors Degree in Nursing instead. After completing my AA in general studies at Edison, I will transfer to FGCU for my BSN. By getting a BSN it opens up the door for many more opportunities than just having an associates degree. If you choose the associates degree route it usually takes about 3 years, the first year is prerequisites, and the last two years are in the nursing program. By taking a few more classes to complete my AA, it will only take about four and a half years for the BSN. Once either degree is achieved, then you must complete an exam to become licensed. Besides education there are other criteria that go along with becoming a nurse. You need to have patience, dedication, compassion, and the strength to deal with people that are sick and may need help.
Another plus side to a career in nursing is the salary that goes along with it. From doing some research I've found that the median annual salary average for nursing is around $55,000 to $60,000 when first going into the field. With travel nursing the income is much greater, some states pay RN's up to $100,000. But even though the pay that comes from being a nurse is great, it is just a small price for the opportunity to be able to help others. The ability to travel around the nation, or even the world being a nurse is one of the biggest things that has drawn me to this profession. I feel that everything about nursing would fulfill my future, and provide me with the kind of life that I'd like to live.

In this message from Vincent to Allison, he is telling her just how much he cares for her. Allison appears to either be married or have a boyfriend, but she is seeing Vincent on the side. Vincent is trying to make her understand that he will always be there and that she needs to be happy and stay positive. I believe Vincent is asking Allison to see that he is not like most guys, and he will keep their affair a secret. He thinks that she is two faced, but he will love her forever. This is not a technical document, it's more like literature writing to me. I understand why Vincent decided to write this way, but I feel that this message dumbs down our communication and language. If I was receiving a love letter I feel that writing it out fully shows that the person really cares. For his purpose it was a good source to keep what he wanted to say a secret, but important documents should not be written in this way. I really hope that our language will not become like this one day.

The code that you wanted us to crack for extra credit was a binary code. Below is what the message said:

cu 2nite, Allison. I know your man's out of town tonight. When we get back, I've got wine at the house. It''ll be a beautiful night, and we'll drink some more outside beneath the silver moon and... You can fill in the rest. Congrats if you translated Vincent's hidden message. You've done some critical thinking! I'm impressed. Isn't the Internet an amazing tool? Extra credit given! Prof. P

Below is a message for you Professor Pilarski:
