TFR vs. Palsgraf

As a respectable member of the Trans Florida Railroad council I believe that my team and I will provide information to prove that what happened to Mrs. Palsgraf was an accidental situation and we will not be giving her the amount for which she has asked. Each attorney on this council will work together by means of forming, storming, norming, and performing to make a team to defend our case. One of the attorneys in our team will work to define the mission, and organize the proper procedures and steps to get this situation started. A second member will be in charge of keeping the team in order and resolve any disagreements that may come about. Another partner will be making sure every member is up to date on their responsibilities and keep the focus of the mission going. And myself, will be in charge of delegating the agenda of each person and sharing the vision of the goal we wish to accomplish. We are being asked to develop a defense against Mrs. Parlsgraf who is suing our client for 20 million dollars. The TFR worker was carrying a product that is part of an outside company and therefore TFR should not be responsible for the faulty product. The package was dropped by accident and it was not the responsibility of TFR that caused the fireworks to go off. We understand that Mrs. Palsgraf was injured but it is not our clients responsibility to pay for her losses. We will write this report with the intent of Mrs. Palsgraf's lawyers, Hookem and Crookem L.L.C. receiving it. The company that manufactured the fireworks should be held responsible for the damage that has been done, not our client. The outcome we are looking for from this claim is to drop the charges against our client TFR, and they will not be paying out any moneys to Mrs. Palsgraf. We intend to get our message across and we will be taking any and all measures that we feel is necessary to defend our client.

This is close, but you didn't answer the full question. What about the different types of readers?
